• Our customer service team will review your request and guide you through the next steps. Please wait for authorization from our team before sending back your item.

Refunds:

• Once your return or exchange request is approved, we will initiate the refund process.
• Refunds will be processed within one week of receiving the returned item.
• The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Shipping Costs:
